No. You pay once and Pro is yours, future updates included. Nothing renews on its own. If you use up your AI credits, you can top up from the extension settings whenever you want.
Credits pay for the features that use AI. Every action costs one credit: a rewrite, a set of suggested replies, a summary or a batch of translations. Presets and Text to Emoji never use credits.
Yes. WhatsApp Business accounts open in the same WhatsApp Web, so every WAEXT tool works the same way.
Never. WAEXT writes suggestions and puts them in the message box. You decide what to send and you press send.
AI features only run when you press a button, except Auto-Translate in the chats where you turn it on. The text goes to the AI to get the answer and we don't store it. Your settings and presets stay in your browser. All the details are in our privacy policy.

In 2016 I was working as a software engineer in an office, and every day I watched the customer service team sitting next to me type the same answers on WhatsApp Web, over and over. So I built them a small browser extension to take care of the repetitive part. I called it WhatsAdd.
It saved them so much time that I published it on the Chrome Web Store for anyone to use. People kept installing it, and it became one of the first popular extensions for WhatsApp Web. Later it got a new name, WAEXT, so nobody would confuse it with WhatsApp itself.
Today more than 5,000 people use it every week. The idea hasn't changed in all these years: save you time on every chat. What has changed is what's possible. With AI, WAEXT doesn't just store your templates anymore. It suggests replies, summarizes long chats, translates and polishes what you write, right where you already work.
It's still an independent project, made with care in Barcelona. In 2016 it helped one support team. Now it can help you.
