In 2016, while working as a Software Engineer, I noticed repetitive tasks in my company’s customer service department. To streamline their workflow, I developed a browser extension called WhatsAdd (a combination of WhatsApp + Add, later renamed WAEXT to avoid confusion with WhatsApp) to automate these tasks. I eventually published it on the Chrome Web Store, making it available for broader use.
